Youth Ministry | PEAK

At Evergreen Baptist church, our youth ministry is called PEAK; praise, evangelize, action, and kindness! We love God and want to proclaim Him everywhere we go! Peak is for grades 7th-12th, and junior Peak is for 1st-6th grade. The goal of the Peak is to fulfill the challenge that is seen in 1 Timothy 4:12; “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” We aim to challenge, equip, and support our young people to live for Christ in every area of their lives! We have Sunday school classes for all ages, and PEAK youth meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30 in our Peak youth room. We also have classes for ages that fall under Jr. Peak on Wednesday nights! We also have activities/fellowships for our young people throughout the year!

Kids Ministry

At Evergreen Baptist Church, our Kids Ministry is dedicated to teaching children God’s Word in a fun and engaging way. Through interactive lessons and activities, kids learn the stories of the Bible and how they apply to their lives. We also encourage them to grow in their faith by discovering how to serve God and serve others with love and kindness. Our goal is to build a strong foundation that will guide them as they grow in their walk with Christ. Each week, children participate in worship, Bible study, and hands-on projects that reinforce biblical principles. Our passionate teachers create a welcoming environment where kids feel loved, valued, and excited to learn. We believe that by planting seeds of faith early, we are helping to raise the next generation of strong, faithful followers of Jesus.

Community Outreach

At Evergreen Baptist Church, our outreach ministry is committed to sharing God’s love with our community in meaningful ways. One of our key efforts is handing out Bibles at local community events, ensuring that everyone has access to God’s Word. We believe that even a single Bible can change a life, offering hope, guidance, and truth to those who receive it. Along with distributing Bibles, we engage with people through prayer, encouragement, and acts of service to meet both spiritual and practical needs. Our church family actively seeks opportunities to serve, whether through helping individuals and families in need in our community, helping in times of natural disasters or other community service projects. Through these efforts, we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus, shining His light in our community.
